![]() Picking up shortly after his mother's death, Bambi follows his father, the Great Prince, into the forest. Taking place in the middle of Bambi during the title character’s adolescence, it shows the Great Prince of the Forest struggling to raise the motherless Bambi, and Bambi's doubts about his father's love. Although it was eventually released in theatres in 25 countries, in the United States and some other countries it was a direct-to-video release (released on February 7, 2006). ![]() I do enjoy Making Of segments.Īny fan of the film will enjoy this DVD package AFTER YOU GET OVER DISNEY & HOW THEY ARE RELEASING OR RE-RELEASING SOME OF THEIR FILMS.ĥ rating for the film NOT for how Disney re-released it to DVD.Bambi II, originally called Bambi and the Great Prince and then Bambi and the Great Prince of the Forest, is a 2006 American animated drama movie and the midquel to the 1942 movie Bambi. Normal one, we have seen these type before. Just like Disney Rewards ONLY GIVING COUPONS FOR BLU/RAY. To learn your lesson, I hope sales were hurt. Pushing 1 format over the older & still works format is a huge mistake Disney. I can NOT afford blu/ray, I really can NOT afford this package BUT I came up with the money. With this Bambi release, as they did with the Snow White and Beauty and the Beast issues DISNEY RELEASED THE BLU/RAY MORE THAN A MONTH BEFORE THE REGULAR DVD PACKAGE. The pushing of blu/ray the newer MORE EXPENSIVE format I hope back fires on Disney. I have made this remark now with the 2009 Snow White and 2010 Beauty and the Beast reissues on DVD. The memorable scenes, the spoiler scene, Thumper and Bambi on the ice. Thumper is my favorite character of the film. Film makers of today can take note of actually having a story for the animated animal characters instead of just moving the place they are in. Nearly 70 years old, the film is still great and beautiful. Great film, package OK after Disney mistakes Afghanistan, Albania, Algeria, Andorra, Angola, Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Armenia, Aruba, Australia, Austria, Azerbaijan Republic, Bahamas, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Belgium, Belize, Benin, Bermuda, Bhutan, Bolivia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Botswana, Brazil, Brunei Darussalam, Bulgaria, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cambodia, Cameroon, Canada, Cape Verde Islands, Cayman Islands, Central African Republic, Chad, Chile, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Côte d'Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Democratic Republic of the Congo, Denmark, Djibouti, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Egypt, El Salvador, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Estonia, Ethiopia, Fiji, Finland, France, Gabon Republic, Gambia, Georgia, Germany, Ghana, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Grenada, Guatemala, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Guyana, Haiti, Honduras, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Jamaica, Japan, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kiribati, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Latvia, Lebanon, Lesotho, Liberia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macau, Macedonia, Madagascar, Malawi, Malaysia, Maldives, Mali, Malta, Mauritania, Mauritius, Mexico, Moldova, Monaco, Mongolia, Montenegro, Montserrat, Morocco, Mozambique, Namibia, Nauru, Nepal, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Niger, Nigeria, Norway, Oman, Pakistan, Panama, Papua New Guinea, Paraguay, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Republic of Croatia, Republic of the Congo, Romania, Rwanda, Saint Helena, Saint Kitts-Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Serbia, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Solomon Islands, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sri Lanka, Suriname, Swaziland, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Thailand, Togo, Tonga, Trinidad and Tobago, Tunisia, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Turks and Caicos Islands, Uganda, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, Uzbekistan, Vanuatu, Vatican City State, Vietnam, Wallis and Futuna, Western Samoa, Yemen, Zambia, Zimbabwe
